TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to household cleaning services provided by CORINAS CLEANING LTD to residential customers.
Services
We provide general domestic cleaning, including regular, one-off, deep and move-in/move-out cleaning. Services are agreed in advance with each customer.
Quotations
Quotes are based on the information supplied by the customer. If the property or cleaning required differs significantly, the quote may be revised before work begins.
Bookings and cancellations
Dates are confirmed with the customer in advance. We ask for reasonable notice if a booking needs to be changed or cancelled.
Access and payment
Customers are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time. Payment terms are confirmed as part of the booking arrangement.
